This website was created as the digital accompaniment to Thuc Uyen Ngo’s Master thesis in history.

The site will be useful to both historians and film enthusiasts in cultural history and the history of war, but it will also be beneficial to compare and contrast the war narratives from both countries to acknowledge the different perspectives of history.

Her main argument is that the film industry plays a significant role in popular culture in which the Vietnam War film narratives can influence the collective memory of the war.
